Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Ø The person will be operating Virtually
Ø Responsible for Business Mix of Commercial and Consumer Lines
Ø Maintaining Hygiene Cheque Bounce & Receivables
Ø Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline
Ø Coach & guide the producers to cross sell and grow their business
Ø Make individual producer grow at least by 20% Year On Year
Ø Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to producers
Ø Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
Ø Support/guide the producers in all activities related policy services
Ø To recruit and appoint producers for General Insurance business
Ø Train producers on products, process and USPs of Co.
