Artifex HR is looking for a Relationship Manager for one of their Pet Salon clients:
What you will do:
As a Relationship Manager:
● Coordinate for the task management between pet parents with a Vet/ Trainers
As a Relationship Manager:
● Coordinate for the task management between pet parents with a Vet/ Trainers
● Maintain relationships with identified customers
● Revenue enablement by upsell, cross-sell, etc
● Be the company’s face for the customer
● Solve for pet’s needs

We're on the lookout for a Relationship Manager with great communications skills who can speak English fluently. Also, has the ability to handle pressure. Preferably should have previously owned a pet. This person is a go-getter and is a problem solver. Will need to do a lot of stakeholder management and hence should be having great interpersonal skills.
