Job Description
Department – Personal Finance
Responsibilities –
- Advising customers on various aspects of Personal Finance
- Calling back customers and creating profiles with all relevant data
- Performing a Need Analysis to ensure the right financial products are recommended to customers
- Ensuring they are equipped with the information they need to ensure they are not cheated
- Encourage customers to meet Service Providers and thereby generating leads
- Fixing appointments to ensure meeting between Customer and Service Provider
- Ensuring the Customer is interested and is not being forced to meet the Service Provider
- Ensuring the credibility of the Company is not compromised
- Constantly upgrading yourself to ensure you provide the most up to date information to the customers
- Avg. No. of Calls Connected
- Avg. No. of Leads Transferred
- Avg. Quality Score
- Call to Lead Ratio
- Talk Time to Lead Ratio
- Leads Produced to Lead Transferred Ratio
- Points earned
- Strong aptitude in Personal Finance
- Good Communication skills in English and one regional language
- Graduation or Post Graduation in Commerce and Management mandatory (B.com, BBM, BBA, MBA & M .Com)
- Has to clear Wealth Doctor Aptitude Test with minimum 50%
