Job Description
Responsible for lead qualification, lead management, sales closure and post-sales support for residential projects
Handle walk-in clients and communicate features and benefits of the relevant project
Organise site visits for clients as and when required
A graduate or post-graduate with excellent written and oral communication skills
Hands-on experience in selling residential projects to prospective clients
Extensive knowledge of the residential property market in Bangalore
Experience in negotiating with clients with a focus on closing the transaction
Excellent relationship management skills
Ability to use existing relationships and convert them into leads for new projects
