Job Description
Job Designation: Relationship Manager( Corporate Field Service)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deal with customers diligently, courteously and professionally while collecting payments with the existing clients.
- Initiate strategies for collection processes and procedures.
- Negotiate payment plans.
- Respond to customer inquiries and solve their queries.
- Persuade customers diligently to pay past due amounts.
- Advise customers on alternative payment plans.
- Create repayment schedules based on customers’ financial situations.
- Retain customer loyalty while initiating processes for collection of payments.
- Maintain and update record of customers from whom collections are made.
Skills Required:
- Candidate should be very good in English communication.
- Candidate should be graduate.
- Work location would be candidates preferable location.
- 2 wheeler and DL is mandatory.
- Experience and fresher’s also can apply.
- Salary – upto 20,000/-(Not a constraint for the right candidate (including fuel convenience) per month + incentives.
