Job Description
Designation:-Relationship Manager
Salary range: 20K- 30K+ incentives varies between 10K to 25K
Exp: 0- 2 yrs Exp
Fresher is also fine but he should have good communication skills and should
flexible with field sales
Only male candidates
Two-wheeler is must
Candidate should join immediately or within a week
Location: Bangalore MG Road
Sourcing and Screening Guidelines:
Experienced candidates with sound knowledge regarding Sales and B2C Sales.
Candidate should not be in Realestate or construction industry
Candidate should be in the industry of Insurance, Financial/ Banking sector
Check candidate communication.
check any gap between education or work
Two-wheeler is mandatory
Monday will be a week off
Duties and Responsibility
Responsible for generating sales with project-specific inquiries.
Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients until
closure.
Coordinate between clients and companies for up to date status regarding
services, pricing, and new product releases.
Report on sales activities through scheduled reporting structure.
Reaching the targets and set goals, establishing, maintaining and expanding
the client base.
To build and enhance the company's brand image internally and externally.
Exposure to the marketing industry will be an added advantage

Fieldwork will be there
Apart from salary huge incentive will be there
Candidate should be ready for fieldwork
Should have a positive attitude, flexibility towards work.
