Job Description Relationship / Sales Manager -Primer Current Account (RMPA)
Sr. Key Responsibilities :
1 New to bank acquisition of high end current accounts through open market lead generation and closure, 4~5 CA in a month of which 2 should be PCA & IP of 3 lacs, M1 MAB of 4 lacs. Adherence to Bank policies and guidelines such as KYC & AML
2 Ensure successful onboarding of customer for a smooth transition to branch banking team.
3 Activation of customer - Ensure that customer maintains required balances & starts transactions in his accounts (within M1 & Q1), 80% of customers to maintain specified AQB, 75% penetration of internet banking, 50% penetration of DSB.
4 Activities for lead generation
5 Cross sell - Lead generation/ basic enquiry, liaising with Branch Manager & product teams
(RBL, trade, FX, CMS/DSB etc.) to offer right business solutions to the customer
A. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
b) Portfolio Management -
Preferred Sector: BSFI
Education: Post Graduate
Experience: Above 3 years in a Current Account /Trade- Forex sales & / or relationship role in any of the sectors mentioned above.
RM - Signature
Position Purpose: To generate revenue, from sourcing new to bank relationships from identified verticals and by cross selling of Wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners
Responsibilities:

A. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

- - Essential 2-3 years of experience in New to Bank Current account acquisition with a bank, preferably in SME segment
- - Must possess good knowledge of commercial catchments and business segments for new to bank acquisition.
- PCRM (Preferred Current Account RM)
- Acquisition of new Business Entity customers and creating CA Book
- Management of Acquired Current Account customers
- Enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the these current account customers
- Deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers
- a) Acquisition of Business Entity (Current Account) customers -
- Acquisition of NTB High Value Current Accounts
- NTB Acquisition of Current accounts dealing in international Trade
- Identify and Acquire New to Bank working capital limit customers with Trade Limits viz Buyers Credit, PCFC, LC,BG etc
- Acquire New to Bank customer requiring Assets Limits Business Loans, Cash Management Services & Door Step Banking, API Banking and other allied Current Account services
b) Portfolio Management -
- Engage with Acquired customer on regular basis and ensure that Group company and Family customers also bank with RBL Bank
- Regularly interact with the customer to build rapport, customer profiling should be used to set customer level objectives post discussion branch Manager/TL. Customer interaction to be regular updated in system provided.
- Ensure that within each customer group a minimum number of stipulated Income Generating products are sold as per the customers profile and needs. RM to Cross sell appropriate products to the customers and ensure activate usage.
- Enhance Values within each of the customer groups by ensuring that a/cs are activated
- Cross Sell Bank Products for revenue generation and engagement
- Basis customer business requirement cross sell products like POS , Payment Gateway, Trade /Forex ( LC /BG/ Remittance /OD) , Doorstep Banking Services.
- Cross Sell various RBL Bank products like TPP, FD. Credit Card, Loans to customers and related group business/ family
- Drive active business transaction through RBL bank account
- Should know the customer's business in order to provide banking and financial solutions
- Register customer for various Direct Banking Channels of the bank
- Ensure quality customer service is delivered
- Recording complaints as per the specified process
- Resolving all complaints received from portfolio customers within the stipulated TAT's and ensure appropriate customer communication on closures
- Preventive complaint management by regular interaction with the customers
- PC- RM will be given a quarterly and yearly target on revenue, product cross sell and book value build up
- Basis the Target the RM will be tracked on regular basis for achievement of the Targets
- CA RM will be evaluated on Portfolio Score Card

- Increasing the Liability book and Investment AUM portfolio size through, deepening and new acquisition.
- Revenue generation through cross sell of business banking and wealth products like Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, Retail Assets etc.
- Ensure quality of sourcing by acquiring Potential Insignia Clients.
- Acquiring and managing both business, individual (resident and NRI) clients.
- Increase product penetration and exit barriers, by cross- selling more number of products per client.
- Performing Portfolio allocations, reviews & financial check-ups for each client at
- Defined frequency.
- Collaboration with product specialists to ensure engagement of clients with superior and tailored wealth management and business banking solutions.
- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines.
- Reduce rejection rates and improve quality of documentation.
- Ensuring 360 client engagement - 'Total Client Ownership'.
