Roles and Responsibilities:
- Passion for Sales role: Currently working in Sales profile or keen intent to move into sales.
- Attitude: Ability to handle rejections & his perseverance/drive for closure
- Knowledge: Is he able to explain the products that he is selling. In case the candidate is in non-sales role then does he have basic concept of insurance.
- Stability in last organizations.
- Readiness to travel for meeting clients
Salary: 2.4 LPA - 3 LPA
