ARMY RETIRED PREFERRED
1) Effective manpower management of Payroll employees in his assigned region i.e. 2500-3000 people.
2) Leading business acquisition activities in his region to meet business requirements by way of leading a team of Field Officers & managing existing business by way of excellence in relationship management & client servicing.
3) Client/site visit on a regular basis.
4) Ensuring to share the attendance of manpower deployed in his region well on time with the payroll/Ops. Head (With complete and verified in out Sheet
5) Submission of bills well on time to the clients & getting paid as per the billing cycle.
6) Managing grievances of people in his team/region
