Job Description
- A Relationship Manager would primarily deal with individual retail clients and corporate clients like SME's, advice them on various financial products and services offered by the organisation.
- He/She is expected to have basic financial knowledge, market knowledge and should be aware of his/her company's offerings in order to identify the need of the client and advice him accordingly.
- This is a target based job opportunity for candidates who are looking to build their career in sales.
- The candidate will be responsible for building a new client base along with managing existing clients.
- The candidate is required to interact with clients for most part of his/her day - Calls / Meetings / Presentations, etc. and shall also keep himself / herself abreast with the latest developments in the Industry.
- A Relationship Manager is required to interact with customers for most part of his/her day, so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job.
- The job also requires basic financial and sector knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Confidence and Presentation skills.
- Understanding and interest in financial / banking products and markets.
- Ability to analyze information and carry of research.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
