Job Description

A Relationship Manager would primarily deal with individual retail clients and corporate clients like SME's, advice them on various financial products and services offered by the organisation.
He/She is expected to have basic financial knowledge, market knowledge and should be aware of his/her company's offerings in order to identify the need of the client and advice him accordingly.

Responsibilities and Duties

This is a target based job opportunity for candidates who are looking to build their career in sales.
The candidate will be responsible for building a new client base along with managing existing clients.
The candidate is required to interact with clients for most part of his/her day - Calls / Meetings / Presentations, etc. and shall also keep himself / herself abreast with the latest developments in the Industry.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

A Relationship Manager is required to interact with customers for most part of his/her day, so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job.
The job also requires basic financial and sector knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients.

Excellent communication and listening skills.
Confidence and Presentation skills.
Understanding and interest in financial / banking products and markets.
Ability to analyze information and carry of research.
Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
