Responsibilities and Duties

Position Summary :

• The incumbent will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets.
• Represent Exide Life Insurance Direct marketing channel and its value proposition to all customers as per the vision and values of the organization and channel.

Key Accountabilities :

• Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that’s made to customer
• Offer best in class sales experience while onboarding customers
• Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis
• Cross sell and up sell Exide Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.
• Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities
• Ensure that reports are maintained/updated regularly on Lead Management System
• Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis
• Strict adherence to organization’s policies and processes.
• Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager
• Adhere to a proper business work ethic

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications :

• 2 to 4 years of work experience in direct sales with at least 2yrs experience in Life Insurance.
• Should be a Graduate ( any discipline) with sales background.
• Demonstrate competence in target marketing to specific prospects.
• Good influencing and negotiation skills.
• Should be mobile savvy and must carry an android phone.
• 2 Wheeler is must.
• Age below 30 yrs.
