Job Description
- Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
- Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
- Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and selling the suitable protection plan
- Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
- Calculate premiums
- Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for customer to implement and provide group insurance program.
- Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries.
- Direct Sales Of Life Insurance Policies To Customers
- Make 30-40 effective calls per day to data given
- To Fix 2 appointments per day is a mandate
- Qualification : Graduate
- Experience : Minimum 1 Year in Any Sales Only ( CASAPreferred )
- Vehicle : 2 – Wheeler Mandatory / Four WheelerPreferred
- Age : Below 30 Years
- CTC : 2.4 Lacs to 2.75 Lacs For RM & SRM(Upto 4L PA For PM)
- Incentives : Monthly and Yearly Applicable
- Facilities : ESI / PF / Medical Insurance / Wife(6M)/Parents(1yr)
