· Required fresher’s or experienced candidates with strong communication skills and convincing power.
· Responsible for securing new customers.
· Follow up on customers.
· Maintain records of customer details.
· Outbound calling or customer services experience.
· Feedback-mails/phones (communication channel)
· Ability to listen, convince and satisfy the query.
· Scheduling and taking the meetings of customer in office as well as online meeting through video calling.
· Should have a basic operating knowledge of Computer
· Salary: Negotiable( 8k to 15k per month)
