Telecaller/ Relationship Manager
OBJECTIVE-
The job of the Telecaller/Relationship Manager consists in assisting the firm in building strong relationship with customers, identifying new (mutual) business opportunities to increase profitability and sustain customer base, fulfilling its expectation/objectives and maintaining its satisfaction.
Job Description for Telecaller/Relationship Manager
Required fresher’s or experienced candidates with strong communication skills and convincing power.
Responsible for securing new customers.
Follow up on customers.
Maintain
records of customer details.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and email
Outbound calling or customer services experience.
Feedback-mails/phones (communication channel)
Ability to listen, convince and satisfy the query.
Scheduling and taking the meetings of customer in office as well as online meeting through video calling.
Should have a basic operating knowledge of Computer

SALARY- 8K to 16k per month.
