Job Profile:

• ·  Sales for DEMAT & Trading A/c opening process
• ·  Responsible for collating Margins on account & Selling Mutual Funds
• ·  Maintain client relationship and provide them best service.
• ·  To ensure quality parameters are met and TAT to respond to the customer is maintained.
• ·  To ensure that the defined productivity targets on service levels, quality parameters are met consistently.
• ·  To ensure complete and accurate resolution within the defined TATs.

Skills:

• 1. Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Convincing & Selling Skills.
• 2. Languages known - English, Hindi & Marathi
• (2-3 candidates required with Tamil & Telugu language)
• 3. Basic Share Market & Mutual Fund is mandatory

Key parameter for screening:
