Job Description
Job Profile:
- · Sales for DEMAT & Trading A/c opening process
- · Responsible for collating Margins on account & Selling Mutual Funds
- · Maintain client relationship and provide them best service.
- · To ensure quality parameters are met and TAT to respond to the customer is maintained.
- · To ensure that the defined productivity targets on service levels, quality parameters are met consistently.
- · To ensure complete and accurate resolution within the defined TATs.
Skills:
- 1. Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Convincing & Selling Skills.
- 2. Languages known - English, Hindi & Marathi
- (2-3 candidates required with Tamil & Telugu language)
- 3. Basic Share Market & Mutual Fund is mandatory
Key parameter for screening:
- · Aggressive / sales oriented candidates
- · Mutual Fund knowledge is MUST.
