Job Description
- Achieve disbursement target for Loan against Property through lead generation and fulfilment from the BSA (CAs, DSA, Connectors, LIC agents, investment advisors, cold calling) from open market.
- Mange both internal & external channel for business expansion & development.
- Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.
- Developing & maintaining relationships with business generators like Brokers, Connectors & Chartered Accountants.
- Responsible for maintaining good loan portfolio for Mortgage business in the region
- Coordination with Credit department for processing of loan till final disbursement. Sourcing Loan against Property & Lease Rental
- Discounting Product loan applications.
