Job Description
- Job Profile : Relationship Manager
The Role :
- To call the customers and conduct their On-Boaring.
- To give them a walkthrough of the entire product.
- To listen to the problems of the users and get in touch with the concerned department to get it resolved.
- To make the customer experience good.
- Should have knowledge about subject specific tips and tricks, along with deep knowledge in either of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.
- Should be capable of creating and suggesting study plans and time management
- Should have good rapport building, crisp and concise communication skills and ability to coach, guide and mentor students
- Should have good written and spoken English (Regional language knowledge is a plus)
- CTC : 3.0 LPA
- Essential and desired degree or educational qualification -
- Engineering graduates and/or BSc/MSc PCMB Grads (2017 graduates) with immediate joining
- Must have PCM/PCMB in XI and XII (Scores >55%).

About the team:
Toppr is founded by Zishaan Hayath (IIT-B 2005) and Hemanth Goteti (IIT-B 2004). Prior to Toppr, they headed Product and Technology at Futurebazaar.com. They had joined FutureBazaar as Aqui-hires when their previous startup, Chaupaati Bazaar, was acquired by Kishore Biyani led Future Group (BigBazaar and Pantaloons).
Rest of the team are alumni from IIT Bombay, BITs, and NITs with considerable experience in technology, education, and the online space.
