Eureka Outsourcing Solutions is hiring female Relationship Managers for the Aditya Birla BFSI voice process at its Majiwada, Thane office. This full-time, onsite role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, cross-selling financial products like insurance, mutual funds, and NBFC services, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Applicants must be 12th pass or graduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the BFSI sector (banks, NBFCs, insurance, mutual funds), and fluent in English with Versant Level 6 communication skills. The position runs Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with one rotational weekly off. Salary is offered based on the candidate's last drawn CTC.
