Relationship Manager – MSME Branch Sales (Loan Against Property)

Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: Graduate Preferred (Good undergraduates with relevant field sales experience may also be considered)

About the Role

We are hiring Relationship Managers for a leading NBFC to drive sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) products. This is a field sales role where you will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring customers, and building long-term relationships while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, customer references, and local market networking.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Promote and sell Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Source quality loan applications and coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, DSAs, and local business influencers.
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Ensure a high-quality customer portfolio and excellent customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education

• Graduate preferred.
• Good undergraduates with relevant field sales experience may also be considered.

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in field sales.
• Experience in Affordable LAP will be an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of property-related legal documents will be an added advantage.
• Candidates residing within 25–30 km of the branch location will be preferred.

Compensation & Employment

• CTC: Up to ₹4.5 Lakhs per annum.
• Attractive performance-based incentives.
• Candidates will initially be employed on the 3 Point Human Capital payroll.
• Based on performance and business requirements, candidates may be considered for transfer to the client's payroll after approximately 6 months, subject to company policy.
