Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing rural banking customers.

Understand the financial needs of rural clients and offer appropriate banking products like savings accounts, loans, deposits, and insurance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
2. Business Development

Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new rural customers.

Promote the bank’s products and services to meet assigned business targets.

Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend suitable products.
3. Service Excellence

Ensure best-in-class service delivery to customers, maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Follow up on customer feedback and implement improvements where needed.

Conduct regular customer visits and community engagement activities to strengthen relationships.
4. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all transactions and customer documentation comply with regulatory and bank policies.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities.

Assist in credit appraisal and loan processing for rural customers.
5. Reporting & Coordination
-
Prepare regular reports on customer portfolio, business growth, and market trends.

Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and marketing to facilitate smooth service delivery.

Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on products and banking regulations.
