Designation - Relationship Manager 
We are looking for an outgoing relationship manager to foster strong relationships with our clients. The relationship manager's responsibilities also include seeking out new business opportunities, providing clients with knowledgeable advice, guiding their choices, promptly resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Duties Of Relationship Manager 
Maintaining regular communication with existing clients
Identifying business opportunities/sales opportunities
Building strong relationships with customers
Ensuring client satisfaction
Creating more value from long-term relationships
Collaborating with the sales team and Sales Managers
Collecting feedback from business clients and relaying it to sales teams
Amending company practices
Following industry trends
Finding new ways to attract clients
Introducing initiatives to build positive relationships
Using customer relationship management software
Networking with other Client Relationship Managers
Developing Client Relationship Manager expertise
Continued development of communication skills and negotiation skills
Spotting cross-selling opportunities
Assigning customers to an Account Executive
Implementing sales plans
Analysing client needs to help build rapport
Promoting the companyâÂÂs products and services
Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Gain solid knowledge of competitors
Requirements:
Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
