Finance Graduate
MBA Finance / Marketing

Job Summary:
A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and ensure long-term engagement. They act as the main point of contact between the company and its customers, helping to address their needs, provide solutions, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business growth targets.
3. Customer Support & Problem Resolution
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams to improve customer experience.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitors.
- Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to products or services.
- Assist in the development of new strategies to improve customer engagement.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Prepare reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and revenue performance.
- Present insights to senior management for decision-making.
