Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.

Market Research & Analysis

Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and market trends.

Keep track of competitor activities and suggest strategies for retaining clients.

Provide feedback to management on customer expectations and product improvements.

Account Management

Maintain up-to-date client information and transaction history in CRM systems.

Monitor client accounts for activity, profitability, and growth potential.

Conduct periodic reviews and share reports with management.

Event & Networking Participation

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or client meetings.

Strengthen client engagement through seminars, webinars, and customer appreciation programs.
