Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Promote and offer tailored financial solutions to Retail/HNI Clients, leveraging the assigned database and cultivating new leads through referrals to expand the client base.
- Meet set business targets by advocating and endorsing suitable products, thereby strengthening and elevating Client Net worth relationships.
- Conduct customer profiling to identify their financial requirements and propose appropriate products to fulfill those needs.
- Maintain the highest standards of service for clients, especially HNI customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive investment guidance and advice to clients.
- Attain sales and revenue goals across a diverse range of products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated customers.
- Engage in acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients.
- Candidates with NISM certification and a background in managing Retail/HNI Clients, possessing extensive knowledge of Mutual Funds, are preferred.
