Job Description
The main role of a Candidate is to use his/her experience to grow wealth business and contribute to growth of the company & focus on B2B business. The primary objective is to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and business retention.
ROLES :
● Primary focus on B2B – Channel Partner acquisition
● Secondary focus on Acquiring HNI/corporate customers for investment portfolio management.
● Cross selling of various products i.e. health insurance, motor insurance, life insurance, loans etc.
● Achieving Sales goals from time to time.
● Planning & Execution of sales promotion activities.
● Handling investment portfolio with support of wealth expert.
● Build and maintain professional networks.
● Creating & Publishing Report and MIS.
● Data Mining and profile filtrations.
● Other official tasks as communicated from time to time.
SKILL SET :
● Having good communication (Hindi/English/ local language) & interpersonal skills.
● Good Logical aptitude & hard working.
● Being organized and good in follow-up.
● Having commercial awareness.
● Should be computer savvy.
● Must have knowledge about the area.
Qualifications and education requirements:
● Graduates or Postgraduate
