Job Description
1–5 years of experience in sales of Mortgage Loans / Retail Loans / Business Loans.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local markets and customer profiles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Manage a portfolio of assigned customers or clients.

Understand clients' financial goals, preferences, and pain points to offer suitable solutions.

Act as a point of contact between the company and the customer, ensuring high service standards.

Identify opportunities to acquire new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, or walk-ins.

Generate leads and convert them into successful relationships.

Promote company products or services to existing and potential clients, depending on the industry.

Sales and Cross-Selling:

Recommend and sell suitable products such as loans, mutual funds, insurance, real estate, investment products, or business solutions based on client needs.

Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and customer acquisition targets set by management.

Stay updated on the latest products, services, and market trends to better advise customers.

Customer Support:

Address customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, service desk, product teams) to resolve customer issues effectively.

Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and post-sale service follow-ups.

Account Management:

Maintain proper documentation and records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests.

Monitor client account activity to ensure engagement and timely renewals or follow-ups.

Use CRM tools to track performance, customer history, and sales opportunities.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal policies.

Ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) norms are followed.

Identify and report potential risks or suspicious activity related to customer accounts.
