Job Description
Ensure client acquisition strictly from the prime segment only – candidates from affordable housing or small ticket loans will not be considered.
Maintain and grow relationships with HNIs, business owners, and other high-value clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets while ensuring quality sourcing.
Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for smooth processing of applications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and lending norms.
