Job Description
· Visiting the customer and generate the leads. Approach and assist customers.
· Understand the needs of the customer.
· Demonstrating vehicles to customers, including taking them for Test Drives.
· Follow-up in-bound telephone enquiries. Effectively close deal with negotiation.
· Internal follow-up within department for smooth delivery of vehicle.
· Personally ensure delightful and timely delivery as per the commitment made to the customers.
· Value and respect the customers time and treat customer’s data with utmost confidentiality.
· Maintain record & data as per requirements of Principal of the Company.
· Provide Finance related Assistance to Customers.
· Collect all required documents for RTO, Finance & Insurance and handover to concerned department.
· Plan for direct customer visit.
· Ensure target Achievements.
