Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

Identify and acquire new customers through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

Generate leads and close sales deals to achieve business targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.

Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen relationships and increase business opportunities.
3. Financial & Portfolio Management

Assist clients in managing their financial portfolios, investments, or accounts.

Suggest suitable financial products/services to meet client goals.

Monitor and report on customer account performance and growth.
4. Problem Resolution & Customer Support

Address customer concerns, queries, and complaints professionally.

Provide guidance on service policies, transactions, and new offerings.

Act as a point of contact between the customer and the company.
5. Market Research & Strategy Development

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Provide feedback to the management for business strategy improvements.
