Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial or service-related needs, and offering suitable products, services, or solutions. This role involves both client retention and new business acquisition, along with maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a professional approach to client servicing. This role suits individuals who are target-driven, confident in interacting with customers, and passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Onboarding

Identify potential clients through leads, references, cold calling, and networking.

Conduct meetings, presentations, or calls to onboard new clients.

Explain product/service features and benefits tailored to each client's profile.

Complete necessary documentation and KYC for onboarding.
2. Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients.

Understand client needs, preferences, and investment/service objectives.

Address client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
3. Sales & Cross-Selling

Promote relevant products or services that meet client goals or current market needs.

Meet monthly/quarterly targets related to client acquisition, revenue generation, or product sales.

Upsell or cross-sell complementary services to existing clients.
4. Portfolio/Account Monitoring
-
Maintain updated records of client portfolios or service usage.

Analyze and report on client performance, satisfaction, or transaction trends.

Suggest improvements, upgrades, or renewals when needed.
5. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with backend, customer service, and operations teams to fulfill client requests.

Generate regular reports on client activity, revenue, and target achievement.

Escalate complex issues to team leaders or department heads when necessary.
6. Customer Satisfaction & Retention

Conduct periodic follow-ups and satisfaction surveys.

Take feedback for service improvement and ensure consistent client retention.

Resolve service-related issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
