Job Purpose

To drive business through Channel Partners branch staff and distribution network

Key Responsibilities

· To generate leads through activities and use enablers for lead generation

· To have minimum of 3 new customer meetings in a day

· To provide after sales service and do upselling with the existing customers

· To ensure 100% branch staff activation every quarter

· To train and skill partner staff on need based selling and product sales pitch

·To ensure 100% of branches with Min of 2-3 SP license holders and support them with the same to drive business target achievements

Key Performance Indicators

· Monthly MWPI Target Achievements (issuance) = 100%

· Branch Activation > 60%

· 13th Month Persistency > 80%

· NOP Target Vs Achievements

Bank: To maintain excellent cordial business relationship with each branch staff to deepen the customer network of the bank branch.
