Position : Relationship Manager

Channel: Bancassurance

CTC: 3.75 LPA

Education: Any Degree / PG

Experience : 1 to 2 years in Sales

Responsibilities:

Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products.

Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.

Customise insurance programs to suit individual clients.

The role includes increasing the present portfolio through new sales, renewals, and cross sales.

Responsible for all client servicing

Responsible for meeting the set retention rate of the portfolio allotted

Responsible for meeting the set new sales targets

Responsible to ensure that the profitability of the portfolio is increasing and maintained
