Job Description
2. Conduct counselling sessions (phone, video, or in-person) to understand student needs.
3. Guide students in choosing the right course/career path.
4. Maintain relationships with students from enquiry enrollment placement.
5. Assist in admission process: follow-ups, documentation, and fee processing.
6. Collaborate with trainers and placement team to ensure smooth student experience.
7. Conduct/host demo classes, webinars, and orientation sessions.
8. Manage CRM (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM software) for lead tracking.
9. Provide feedback to management on student needs and marketing improvements.
