Job Description
*Hiring For Utkarsh small finance bank*
Product - Home loan, lap, MSME loan and working capital.
Designation:- Relationship officer/ Assistant manager.
Interview location:-All over Mumbai.
Annual CTC Package- 4.20lpa.
Qualification:- Graduation can apply
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
-
Source new leads and generate business for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), MSME Loans, and Working Capital.

Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing the market share of loan products in the assigned territory.

Visit potential customers, understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate loan solutions.

Drive cross-selling of allied products such as insurance, overdrafts, and top-up loans to existing customers.
2. Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, builders, real estate agents, and DSA (Direct Selling Agents).

Provide customers with a personalized experience by understanding their specific financial needs and offering appropriate financial products.

Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for renewal of working capital facilities and timely repayment of dues.
3. Credit Assessment and Documentation:
-
Assist in evaluating the creditworthiness of borrowers through financial analysis, income assessment, property evaluation, and business viability checks.

Collect and verify all necessary documentation (KYC, income proof, bank statements, property documents, business licenses, etc.) as per policy.

Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, technical, risk) to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans.

Ensure proper and accurate entry of loan details into the system and maintain records in accordance with regulatory and company norms.
4. Market Intelligence and Competition Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the home loan, LAP, and SME financing segments.

Provide feedback to product teams to help enhance offerings and develop new loan products or policy revisions.

Identify opportunities for new business development and niche customer segments.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
-
Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI guidelines, and other regulatory requirements related to credit and lending.

Monitor post-disbursement documentation and conditions such as end-use verification, repayment track, and insurance renewals.

Minimize credit risk by identifying red flags early and escalating issues to the risk or recovery team when needed.
6. Customer Service and Retention:

Handle customer queries, concerns, or grievances with professionalism and timely resolution.

Maintain a high standard of customer service to build long-term client loyalty.

Educate customers about repayment obligations, EMIs, and foreclosure options.
