Job Description: Relationship Officer - Demat Account Opening

  • Have to do telemarketing daily to promote and explain the benefits of opening a Demat account with our brokerage firm.
  • Reach out to potential clients and clearly explain our services and advantages.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure account opening and satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly targets by opening a minimum of 6 Demat accounts.
  • Pay is based on experience, with eligibility for a salary only after meeting targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account progress.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client queries.
  • Work closely with the team to meet overall branch targets.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations.
  • Must possess strong communication and convincing skills.

NISM Certified candidates will be given first preference.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Demat and trading account opening processes.

  • Familiarity with stock markets, financial products, and investment platforms.

  • Understanding of KYC norms, SEBI guidelines, and compliance policies.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM software.
