Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers.

Proactively resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and support for all service-related issues.
2. Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell a wide range of banking products such as savings/current accounts, fixed deposits, loans (personal/home/business), credit cards, insurance, and investment products.

Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, cold calling, or client profiling.

Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.

Conduct need-based cross-selling of third-party financial products (e.g., mutual funds, life insurance, general insurance).
3. Account Opening & KYC Compliance
-
Assist customers with the account opening process and explain product features clearly.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory guidelines.

Verify documents and complete onboarding formalities accurately and efficiently.
4. Portfolio Management
-
Maintain a database of existing clients and regularly engage with them for product updates, renewals, or upgrades.

Monitor client accounts for usage patterns and suggest value-added services.

Conduct periodic reviews and financial health checks for high-net-worth clients (if applicable).
5. Customer Retention

Focus on deepening customer relationships by identifying long-term needs.

Manage renewals, upgrades, and customer loyalty programs.

Address dissatisfaction or grievances promptly to prevent client attrition.
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Stay updated with competitor products, pricing, and strategies.

Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and service gaps.

Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and activity logs to management.
