Job Description

JD: Relationship Officer (Openings: 50)

· Identify prospective customers and execute the disbursement within the credit parameters and process of the organization

· Follow up with the customer for payments in case of EMI dishonor

· Assist CH to achieve the set target

· Cross-sell of insurance and other Banking Products to existing customers

· Sourcing/Disbursals of No. of files, Volume, Loans - Source good portfolio, assist in collection, cross-sell bank products

· Distribution-Direct Business - maintain a relationship with the customers by visiting them regularly

· EMI returns/Quality portfolio- Follow the laid down Process when acquiring customers
