Job Description-
- He should be able to generate secured/ unsecured business in Delhi/NCR
- The candidate should be able to convert every situation to a lead and every lead to generating an additional business.
- Manage external sub channel for business expansion & development.
- Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.
- Should complete documentations and coordinate with bank credit/sales department for processing of loan till final disbursement.
- Candidate should reach his targets and also make sure that his also meets the monthly targets without fail.
- He should go getter, can penetrate into the market to get leads.
- The candidate should be punctual and honest.
- Developing & maintaining relationships with business generators like Brokers, DSA and Chartered Accountants
- Ability to lead/work in a team environment and ability to consummate the transaction in a time-bound manner
- Ability to suggest alternative solutions for ring-fencing a given transaction and thereby act as enabler while safeguarding the interest of the Company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have contact with sub broker/channel and relation with a chartered accountant is an advantage.
- To be a go getter with a professional attitude
- Proactive & penetrate into a market to generate leads.
