Job Description
- Follow-up on existing customer for offers made, agreements/contracts preparation, documentation, payment schedule.
- Explain products, services, pricing and answer queries and overcome objections from customers.
- Revenue Generation from sales and Marketing.
- Lead Generation, Doing site visits with client, converting him into sales and closure.
- Drive post sales activity.
- Liaise with accounts on payments/outstanding.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide management feedback information on new relationships in order to meet the business objectives.
- Accompanied and advised buyers during visits and inspections to ensure satisfaction with value and condition of proper.
- Keep up to date on competitive real estate knowledge through attending conventions, reviewing listings and trade journals.
- Generated lists of properties compatible with buyer requests and needs.
- Conducting and taking active participating in Exhibitions and Promotions of our Product.
- Maintaining the Quality of services for company's Goodwill and getting more bookings with the help of effective Market Research.
- Attending meetings and Business Conferences with prospective clients.
- Handling the Residential & Commercial projects.
