- Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that's made to customer
- Offer best in class sales experience while onboarding customers
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis
- Cross sell and up sell Exide Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.
- Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities
- Ensure that reports are maintained/updated regularly on Lead Management System
- Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis
- Strict adherence to organization's policies and processes.
- Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager
- Adhere to a proper business work ethic
Eligibility Criteria:
- Two wheeler & Good Communication is must
- Age – Upto 30 years
- Educational Qualification Graduation
- NBFC 3 yrs experience in selling MF, Equity, Portfolio
- Insurance 1 yr of Direct Marketing/Sales experience
- Banks – 1yr of Direct Marketing/Sales experience
- MBA Fresher from Finance or Marketing from Bangalore only
