Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue potential customers or leads. They conduct market research, attend networking events, use various sales techniques, and leverage marketing strategies to generate leads for their products or services.

- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: They deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of their offerings. Highlight how their products or services can meet customer requirements and solve their problems.

- Sales Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiations with potential customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. They address objections, negotiate pricing and terms, and work towards closing deals and securing sales.

- Sales Pipeline Management: They manage the sales pipeline by tracking and following up on leads, maintaining accurate records, and updating the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Prioritize leads, schedule meetings, and ensure timely and efficient progress of sales opportunities.

- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: They stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Gather market intelligence and leverage that knowledge to position their products or services effectively and stay ahead of the competition.

- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align strategies, communicate customer feedback, and provide insights for enhancing product or service offerings.

- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: They provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to their superiors. Contribute to sales forecasting by sharing information on potential deals and market trends.
