Job Description
We are hiring a Remote Assistant to support our online gaming account business. Work is from your own PC using remote access software.
Responsibilities:
-
Complete daily core tasks between 10 AM – 2 PM (all tasks must be finished before 2 PM)
-
Reply to customer messages from 10 AM – 9 PM (within 15 minutes)

Update daily work log (task completion time, orders updated, reply times, issues faced)

Follow given SOPs strictly without shortcuts

Handle basic troubleshooting (restart PC/software if issues occur)

Maintain accuracy and avoid mistakes in customer handling and order updates
Work Details:

7 days a week (daily hours are short, but strict discipline is required)

Salary: ₹6,000 base + up to ₹2,200 incentives (total ₹8,200/month)

First week is a paid trial before confirmation
Requirements:

Windows PC with stable internet (backup hotspot required)

Basic computer knowledge and Google Sheets

Basic English reading/writing

Punctual, disciplined, and consistent
