Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
· Business development: develop a new branch in the UK for our UK Client by finding new clients which would require a lot of cold calling, email communication, making appointments, etc.
· Recruitment: advertise, CV-Search, conduct over the phone interviews, and carry out the entire gamut of onboarding for Healthcare staff in the UK to work within your branch.
· Client Management: Once the Clients are onboard for your branch, make sure they are fully supported and taken care of by providing them with the staff they require and ensure they stay with the Company.
· Shift administration: allocate work to the UK staff working for your branch in compliance with our well-established process and protocols and ensure our clients receive the resource they require, every time.
· Compliance: making sure all our Client's UK staff who works for the branch are Compliant with the Country's legal requirements and industry standards.
· relationship marketing
· Social media skills: drive recruitment and business development through all possible online platforms and networking.
· Troubleshooting and relationship building
Required
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
You will be:
· an individual with soft skills: communication, self-motivation, leadership, responsibility, teamwork, problem-solving, decisiveness, ability to work under pressure, time management, flexibility, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
· highly organized, punctual, reliable and with impeccable work ethics
· someone with absolute command over spoken and written English
· good knowledge of MS Office and working online as all the tasks are carried out on our customized software.
· sound mind and body
· an extrovert with good telephone manners
· an energetic individual with loads of common sense.
· highly flexible as you would be expected to work weekends, nights, early and late shift as part of a rota
· good analytical, numerical, problems solving and people management skills.
· an honest, reliable, hard-working, confident, disciplined individual with a can-do attitude
· a quick thinker who can find solutions for problems within very short time frames and are not afraid to take on challenges
· a quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions and find solutions

· someone with previous experience working for a western organization will be a definite advantage though not necessary.
