- Remote Desktop Support L2 Secondary Skill Remote Desktop Services Management RDS RemoteApp etc
- Desktop Engineer with minimum experience of 03 years Experience in Installing Troubleshooting Windows OS issues
- Understanding of Registry Know how on Group Policies Understanding of Windows Server OS and Active Directory Structure
- Understanding of scripting troubleshooting issues related to it Powershell Understanding of basic Citrix Xendesktop and Virtual Machine Management using Citrix Director Experience in creating print queues and troubleshooting Good in terms of logical approach towards troubleshooting issues related to Operating Systems and User Applications Must possess an in depth understanding of the functionalities of Microsoft Outlook 2010 2016
- Experience on technical support for Microsoft Office Applications like Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Access In depth technical knowledge and experience on Microsoft Outlook 2010 2016 client like advance mail functions meeting configuration group mail box account settings and Outlook profile related functionalities access delegation mailbox properties etc Excellent communication skills analytical thinking Ability to do RCA on complicated issues
- Experiance Must have experience in End user support infrastructure and service request management Exposure with MNC Client preferable Good to have knowledge in ITIL framework Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience Should work independently Should be proactive to identify the problem and work for solution
