We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Computer Science graduate to join our growing team as a Remote Technical Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a Canadian-based company while enjoying the flexibility of working from home in India.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with international teams across different time zones
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base development
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background with hands-on experience in troubleshooting
- Languages: Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English (written and verbal)
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Setup: Reliable internet connection and suitable home office environment
