Job Description

Proven experience or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or Technology, Database or Programming
Identify, design, develop, test, validate and deploy BI and new Jasper Reports
Enhance existing reports and BI dashboards to improve performance and presentation
Work closely with our Product Build team, and our Customer Success team to quickly deliver reports & dashboards
Document timely status, billable hours and completion of requested reports
Exposure via your course or work experience to:
- SQL, BI, Jasper Reports, HTML, CSS
- Internet technologies: WebDev, DevOps, APIs, Web Services
- Business Intelligence, Reporting, Insights and Visualisation
- Relational and multidimensional databases (RDB),
- Online analytical processing (OLAP)
- Extract Transform Load (ETL) framework
- Analysing data sources, data quality and designing data sets
Master our product suite through formal onboarding program and continued learning
Clear and accurate client communication, presentation and support
Self-motivated with a keen interest in big data and learning new technologies
