Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Support Executive to join our travel support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service related to cruise bookings, flights, and car rentals. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support
- Assist customers with cruise, flight, and car rental bookings via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information on travel itineraries, pricing, policies, and availability.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Guide customers through booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
- Ensure seamless coordination between customers and travel service providers.
Technical & Operational Support
- Troubleshoot booking-related issues and provide real-time solutions.
- Assist customers with online reservations and payment processing.
- Coordinate with airline, cruise, and car rental partners for issue resolution.
- Keep track of booking confirmations, special requests, and travel documentation.
Sales & Upselling
- Promote special offers, travel packages, and upgrades to enhance customer experience.
- Recommend alternative travel options based on customer preferences and availability.
- Cross-sell additional services such as travel insurance, guided tours, and premium upgrades.
Compliance & Reporting
- Adhere to company policies and travel industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and service improvements.
- Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry developments.
