Preferably ITI, Diploma, BE, Btech Degree holders with Computer Knowledge
Qualification: Mechanical, Electrical, EC, Electronics etc.
Fresher or Exp. both required
Other duties include Day to day back office work
Male OR Female both

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Design:
Assist in the design and development of engineering projects using technical drawings, software modeling tools (CAD/CAE), and engineering calculations. Review and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and project scopes. -
Problem Solving & Analysis:
Analyze technical problems and recommend solutions that optimize performance, safety, and efficiency. Apply engineering principles and industry standards in all activities. -
System & Process Development:
Develop and refine systems, equipment, or structures based on specific project requirements. Ensure systems function as intended through rigorous testing and simulation. -
Field and Site Supervision (if applicable):
Oversee site operations, monitor ongoing work, and ensure construction or production activities comply with approved designs, timelines, and safety standards. -
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Conduct tests, inspections, and validations on materials, products, or systems. Document performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary. -
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of engineering designs, calculations, test results, and project progress. Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal teams or external stakeholders. -
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with procurement, production, QA, maintenance, and other departments to ensure project integration and success. Communicate effectively across teams and with clients or vendors. -
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all engineering tasks adhere to legal regulations, industry codes, and environmental or safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, ASME, IEEE, etc.). -
Innovation & Optimization:
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and innovation. Suggest modifications to enhance the lifecycle of products or infrastructure. -
Use of Engineering Tools:
Proficiently use engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, MATLAB, Revit, or industry-specific programs.
