To ensure success as a Back Office Executive, you should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management.

Knowledge Mandatory for this Position:

Fluency in MS Excel and PowerPoint- should know VLOOKUP, filter, Shortcut keys.

Skills Mandatory for this Position:

·         Handling Data Maintenance sheet

·         Proficient in Excel

·         Must always comply with data integrity and the security policies of the company which you are working for.

·         Call Auditing.

·         Quality maintenance.

·         Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.

·         Should have good oral and written communication.

·         Maintain accurate records of all activity.

·         Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.

·         Assisting and supporting management.

·         Excellent organizational skills.

·         Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

·         Ability to multitask effectively
