Job Description
Learn products, services, operations & different aspects of product development.
• Perform formulation development experiments for leave on and rinse off category under the guidance of lab
manager
• Document all the observation . Maintain records of experiments, results, and conclusions
• Learn working principle of all the sophisticated equipment available in lab . Operate performance
equipment’s and record data such as pH, viscosity, rheology, stability, foam height, etc based on the project
requirement
• Learn and demonstrate effective laboratory management systems such as good housekeeping, lab inventory
control, equipment maintenance, calibration records, audits, laboratory waste and disposal.
• Understand and comply with all applicable internal Evonik and external health, safety and environmental
policies; act consistently with corporate standards of integrity.
• Prepare all necessary reports required for Technical Service & Application Laboratory Work such as monthly
reports, presentations, workshops preparation, etc
• Ensure physical stability, efficacy, consumer appeal, processability, and cost effectiveness.
• Complete other projects & tasks as assigned
Education, Certification and/or relevant experience required:
• Minimum with bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from reputed universities ; B.Tech C osmetics or Tech in
Polymer Science or Biopolymer Science
• Fresher or maximum one - year experience
• Good knowledge in personal care formulations in Creams, Lotions, Shampoos, Bodywashes, et c. (In case of
experience)
• Good knowledge in personal care leave on and rinse off formulations (in c ase of experience)
• Experience with biopolymers such as polysaccharides, gums, or other natural polymers
• Ability to generate new and creative approaches to new product development and problem solving;
demonstrate flexibility in thinking
